His concentrations include accounting, auditing and small business consulting, which includes bookkeeping, software support, income tax planning and preparation, management consulting and accounting system design and implementation. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.

    Bill graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in commerce, concentrating in accounting. He specializes in individual and small business taxation, nonprofits, estate and trust planning, and administration.
